This is an annual duty, so you need to publish your second Equality Information Report on your website by the 31st Jan 2013. Make sure you report is robust by checking against feedback from the Dec 12 research conducted by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), as this found that many organisations were not meeting their duties

In January 2013 the Equality and Human Rights Commission published outcomes of research into recruitment practice. The research found that despite the requirements of the Act, the use of pre-employment questions on forms or during interviews is relatively commonplace. How does your practice compare?
