Equality champions and curriculum leads - a new Advanced Training Package on EDI and British Values

A key message from inspections: Fully integrating and promoting Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and British values in teaching and learning is an essential, integral and central feature of outstanding practice. It engages learners, enriches learning and provides a wide, rich set of experiences, thoroughly preparing learners for life in Britain’s complex multicultural society. I have developed a new training package that provides intensive, in-depth training for equality champions and curriculum leads. It develops their knowledge, expertise, skills and confidence to equip them to act as a source of advice and expertise, and to drive forward best practice and become effective change agents in your organisation.
